Imported high-count and high-density cotton woven fabrics are designed with pattern elements all over the body. The full-width pattern design is scanned and restored. Digital direct-injection machinery imported from Germany is used. The printing screen is technically processed to increase the firmness and allow the slurry to penetrate into the fabric where there is a pattern. The permeability is strong and the fabric texture is clearly visible. Infrared rays are used to position the flowers, and then the flowers are arranged and positioned manually according to the pattern design before cutting. The mold is opened with 4-hole white painted iron buckles of the same specifications, laser engraving and environmentally friendly paint coloring, sewing and splicing according to the pattern design, dense and neat stitching, and maximum fixed-point matching of flower positions to restore the original pattern.
